For me, every single day revolves around the challenges of writing – and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Wordscape Communications is my successful freelance practice entirely devoted to the exciting intersection of business copywriting, B2B technology, and marketing and public relations. It’s how I get to help technology, financial services, and life sciences companies articulate their business and marketing messages in compelling and memorable ways for smart, discerning audiences.

After working for several technology firms and PR agencies, I started Wordscape to help develop, write, and polish a broad variety of materials, projects, PR programs, and content-marketing campaigns for some of the world’s leading technology brands as well as numerous startups and emerging companies. I’ve also carved out a rapidly emerging practice in healthcare and medical products and services. More recently, I’ve also been a ghostwriter on several business books for executives.

Back in the day, I earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Suffolk University with a concentration in finance. And I’m also a proud graduate of Boston University where I earned both a Master of Science degree in print journalism and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree in English literature with a minor in psychology.

I’ve maintained that presence in the classroom even now: I’ve taught writing classes at Boston University’s College of Communication for graduate and undergraduate students for more than 20 years, and I regularly lead PR writing workshops at prominent New England PR agencies. I’m a past president of The PR Club of New England and serve on its board of directors as the treasurer. And remind me to tell you about my days writing music reviews as a freelance contributor to The Boston Globe.
